Arkansas 8000/10000 stone sharpener Herbertz Solingen (291009)

Arkansas original sharpener of the German brand Herbertz Solingen - bestseller! lowest price among stone sharpeners. Allows full control over the sharpening process. Natural flat stone gradations 8000/10000 for bringing out the blades of knives, cleavers, machetes, scissors and small tools. The stone was packaged in a wooden box.

Usage:

1. Before use, dip the stone in water for about 15 minutes or use oil for sharpening (for each stone use only one of the methods).

2. Hold the knife at a 15°-30° angle to the stone. Important! When sharpening, maintain a constant angle.

3. Move the knife forward and backward at one pace pressing it lightly.

4. Use the entire surface of the stone when sharpening.

5. The stone during sharpening should be kept moist at all times.

6. When burrs appear during sharpening, change to the other side - drag the blade over the stone to smooth the burrs.

7. Finally, clean the edge of the blade carefully.
