Ahti Korpi 77 knife - Handmade
Kauhava is a region in Finland that has a very long tradition in the production of handmade knives. Knifemakers from Kauhava have been making traditional knives (puukko) and handmade leather scabbards for hundreds of years.
Ahti Korpi knife has a durable carbon steel blade with a thickness of 3 mm and a length of 77 mm.
The blade is made of Scandinavian carbon steel characterized by high hardness (58-59 stp. HRC), whereby ahti knives hold their sharpness for a long time and are hard to dull. The blade of the knife has a scandinavian cut, making it perfect for even the the most demanding works.
Ahti Korpi knife has a handle with a classic shape, which, thanks to a special contouring securely lies in the hand. The handle is made of smoked Karelian birch decorated with brass spacer and reinforced with a thick brass guard. The handle has a traditionally riveted on the end of the pin, thanks to which the knife is very durable. Handle impregnated with natural linseed oil.
Included with the Ahti knife you get handmade, beautiful traditional vagina made of thick leather. Vagina holds the knife perfectly and has a rigid insert to protect the blade.
We recommend the Ahti Korpi knife to anyone looking for a proven, practical high-quality knife. The knife can serve as an essential tool in outdoor work (camping, trips to the woods, bushcraft). Ahti Korpi knife is ideal for hunters.
