The flint rod is made of an iron-cerium mixture. The temperatures of sparks obtained from flinting reach nearly 3,000 C, so starting a fire even in adverse conditions is not difficult. The flint rod is very efficient and lasts an extremely large number of uses, which, with average flint use, is enough for several years of use.

The chair is perfect for anywhere you need an effective fire source, such as expeditions, hiking, camping, survival, bushcraft.
