The Work Sharp E2-I has 3 sharpening zones, for the left and right side of the blade edge and for polishing it. In addition, the manufacturer also used scissors sharpening function. To do this, simply remove the ceramic attachment and turn the sharpener on in lower speed mode.

Through the use of guides, sharpening knives is simple and does not require specialized knowledge and great skill. All you have to do is place the blade in the guide, turn on the device, and pull the blade from the root to the tip, alternating the sides of the grinding alternately from left to right.
