Gianghi is a large and powerful hunting knife with a fixed head designed by Fabrizio Silvestrelli. The name of the knife comes from the Persian language and means "Hunter." The wide blade of the type drop point made of steel Böhler N690Co, popular and proven in many knives. It was hardened in a vacuum atmosphere and then frozen to a hardness of 59-60HRC. Despite the thickness, full flat grind provides excellent cutting properties combined with superior durability. Low descending garda prevents fingers from slipping on the blade while working. On the back of the blade there is notching under the finger. The blade has been finished using the stonewash.
The handle is green facings of Canvas Micarta attached directly to the blank. This is the simplest and most secure design that ensures the practical indestructibility of the knife.
