Company Viper by Tecnocut is one of the companies from the famous "knife basin" of Maniago, Italy. In cooperation with the best knifemakers, excellent knives are created there from the best materials.

Gianghi is a large and powerful hunting knife with a fixed head designed by Fabrizio Silvestrelli. The name of the knife comes from the Persian language and means "Hunter." The wide blade of the type drop point made of steel Böhler N690Co, popular and proven in many knives. It was hardened in a vacuum atmosphere and then frozen to a hardness of 59-60HRC. Despite the thickness, full flat grind provides excellent cutting properties combined with superior durability. Low descending garda prevents fingers from slipping on the blade while working. On the back of the blade is a notching under the finger. The blade has been finished using the stonewash.

Handle - profiled exotic wood cladding Bocote attached directly to the blank. This is the simplest and most secure design that ensures the practical indestructibility of the knife. Originally from South America, Bocote wood is also known by the names Mexico Rosewood, Mexico Palisander, Cordia Elaegnoides is one of the toughest and species, valued for its amazing texture.
