Head - of profile Leaf-Shaped (leaf shape), thickness 3.1 mm provides excellent cutting edge geometry with low friction. The cutting edge was brought out with a ground full flat (Full Flat Grind). Plain blade Plain extends along the entire length of the blade, allowing powerful cuts with the heel of the blade. The blade is made of holding sharpness well stainless steel 8Cr13MoV (equivalent to Japanese AUS-8 steel). Enlarged 14 mm spyderHole round cutout (Spyderco patent) makes it easy to open the folder with cold or wet hands. Notched section of the back of the head, ramp (spine jimping) positions the thumb, gives solid support, makes it easier to operate the knife.
Skeleton - of solid, skeletonized stainless steel plates provides exceptional structural strength, while also forming the basis of the head locking mechanism Liner-Lock, by Michael Walker with jimped liner. The whole thing was screwed together with screws torx for easy unfolding and folding of the folder.
