CTS XHP - extremely corrosion-resistant, modern American high-carbon and high-chrome powder steel. Designed to produce high-quality blades and knives. Manufactured in steel mills Carpenter Technology Co.
Reeve Integral-Lock - (R.I.L.) reinforced, monolithic locking mechanism of the wedge type Frame-Lock. One of the facings acts as a locking mechanism.
Head - solid, thickness 3.5 mm with a refined approximation of Steepfoot (sheep's foot) profile with a clearly marked blade belly. OsLEEP Plain, was led out with a ground high flat (Saber Grind) for excellent geometry and durability. Round cutout SpyderHole (Spyderco patent) to open the blade also with sweaty hands. Long notched thumb rest, ramp (spine jimping) for maximum control.
Handle - made of solid titanium 6AL-4V. Both facings with precisely machined surfaces, jedna forms the basis of the locking mechanism R.I.L. heavy-duty. Green anodized titanium spacers connect the two halves of the handle to form a tzw. open-backed, open design that reduces weight and makes cleaning and maintenance easier. The folder is equipped with a twistable clip (left/right) of wire (deep-pocket wire clip), allowing the knife to be carried in a tip-up position tip-up (tip up). In the back of the cladding, an opening (lanyard hole) on the line.
