K390 MICROCLEAN - state-of-the-art powder tool steel for cold working. Hardened between 62-66 HRC. Advanced alloy composition with high vanadium, tungsten and cobalt content provides strength and excellent sharpness retention. Manufactured at the Austrian smelter Böhler-Uddeholm.

Head - about the profile Drop Point, thickness 3 mm. Made of Japanese stainless steel K390 (high resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage), hardened in the range of 59-61 HRC. Plain blade Plain was brought out with a ground flat full (Full Flat Grind). This grind reduced the weight of the knife and improved the cutting properties. Round cutout SpyderHole (Spyderco patent) allows the folder to be opened even with a glove. Robust Back-Lock with additional cutout Boye Detent, preventing accidental release of the blade lock when the knife is firmly gripped.
