Head - thickness 3.1 mm about the profile Leaf Shaped (leaf shape) provides excellent cutting edge geometry with low friction. The cutting edge was brought out with a ground full flat (Full Flat Grind). Plain blade type Plain extends along the entire length of the blade, allowing powerful cuts with the heel of the blade. The blade is made of holding sharpness well stainless steel 8Cr13MoV (equivalent to Japanese AUS-8 steel). Careful placement on the head of the enlarged 14 mm circular cutout SpyderHole (Spyderco patent) positions the hand in just the right place to intuitive opening heads and at the same time increases thumb support hump spine jimping.
Skeleton - two reduced stainless steel plates tucked into the handle facings, increase the rigidity and strength of the handle without adding weight. At the same time, they form the basis of the head locking mechanism of the Liner-Lock, by Michael Walker with jimped liner. The whole thing was screwed together with screws torx. Phosphor bronze washers ensure trouble-free smooth opening and closing of the pocket knife.
Handle - profiled in black. Made with lightweight textured facings of durable G-10, resistant to high and low temperatures, chemicals plastic. A cutout in one of the facings allows intuitive right-hand access to the opening SpyderHole as well as to release the head lock Liner-Lock, Michael Walker. Metal clip with four-way clip positions (up/down, right/left) 4-way clip positions. In the back of the covers, an opening (lanyard hole) allowing the attachment of a safety cable.
