Pair of Military 2 G-10 Black / Black Blade, second generation of one of the most popular knives Spyderco, a compact version of the folder Military with a head covered with a non-reflective coating DLC. Technically improved - improved handle ergonomics (thinner, tapered at the end) - extended blade tip - enlarged cord hole - four-position clip. Reinforced fully demountable bolted construction torx facilitates cleaning, folder adjustment. Manufactured at the Spyderco factory in the USA (Golden, Colorado).

Made of corrosion-resistant, mechanical stress-resistant American powder steel CPM S30V with added carbon, chromium and vanadium with a hardness of 58-59 HRC. This unique steel is designed for the production of premium blades and knives, manufactured at Crucible Inc's steel mills.

Compression-Lock - (similar to Liner-Lock) Spyderco's (made in USA) patented blade lock mechanism. Extremely durable, provides extreme strength and ease of use. Located on the back of the handle, it protects the knife from inadvertent closure. When releasing the lock, fingers are not in the path of the folding head.

Head - laser-cut with a modified profile Clip Point, thickness 3.7 mm. The blade is coated with a scratch-resistant matte non-reflective coating DLC (Diamond Like Coating) in color black. Smooth blade Plain brought out full flat grind (Full Flat Grind) to increase cutting properties and reduce the weight of the knife. Enlarged 14 mm round cutout SpyderHole (Spyderco patent) allows the knife to be opened even with a glove. Corrugated ramp under thumb and Finger Choil (profiled undercut for the index finger between the handle and the cutting edge) make it easier to control the knife.

Handle - covered with non-slip textured plastic facings G-10 (durable, resistant to high and low temperatures, chemicals) bolted to steel liners using screws torx. The folder is equipped with a screw-on metal clip with the possibility of fixing in four planes (up/down, right/left) 4-way clip positions. In the back of the grip, an enlarged opening (lanyard hole) for pulling a leash or safety line.
