Lil' Temperance 3 Black G-10 Plain, classic design in a simple form. An ideal utility folder as well as an excellent personal defense knife (Personal Defence Knife). Extremely versatile with a wide, solid and flat American steel blade CPM S30V which provides an incredible balance between durability and edge geometry. Minimum Ricasso, the unmachined portion of the blade at the base maximizes the length of the cutting edge.
CPM S30V - corrosion-resistant, mechanical stress-resistant American powder steel with carbon, chromium and vanadium hardness 58-59 HRC. This unique steel is designed for the manufacture of premium blades and knives. Manufactured in steel mills Crucible Inc.
Compression-Lock - (similar to Liner-Lock) Spyderco's patented blade locking mechanism. Extremely durable, provides extreme strength and ease of use. Located on the back of the handle, it secures the knife against inadvertent closure. When releasing the lock, fingers are not in the path of the folding head.
