SOG - Camp Axe survival axe - CH1001-CP

Camp Axe is a high quality bushcraft/survival axe from the renowned brand SOG. Any fan of bushcraft or survivalism knows well that a sturdy axe or hatchet can be indispensable during tactical operations or if you come to camp in the woods, build a shelter or prepare firewood for a campfire.

The axe is compact (length 29 cm) and will easily fit into a hiking backpack, and certainly will not be cumbersome to transport attached to the outside of the backpack. This is a tool to have with you when going to the mountains, the woods, camping, fishing or when working in the garden.

The head of the Camp Axe has been made of stainless steel, which has been additionally polished. On one side it is equipped with sharp cutting edge, while the other side is a sturdy hammer that can be used to drive nails or tent pins. The head is embedded in the handle with a steel cap and sturdy screws.

The axe has with a handle made of Zytel, which is a nylon material additionally reinforced with fiberglass. Thanks to anti-slip texture the tactical axe fits securely in the hand, and working with it is comfortable and safe. In addition, at the end of the handle there was a rope hole so that we can attach the axe to the equipment or wrap the rope around the wrist.

Included with the survival axe, the manufacturer has included the following plastic scabbard. The scabbard will keep the axe head safe during transport.
