The whetstone allows you to sharpen any knife. Made of carbide crossed blades in the shape of "V" about the gradation Coarse to give sharpness to the cutting edge and crossed white ceramic rods with gradation Fine 1000, for a smoothing and razor-sharp finish. Crossed in shape "V" ceramic blades with gradation Extra Fine 1500 are designed for serrated blades.

Usage:
1. Place the sharpener on a flat, stable surface with the arrows pointing toward you.
2. Press the button and set the sharpening angle.

4. Make several movements (8 to 10) between the white ceramic rods (Fine) to smooth and finish the cutting edge.
