The Silky Pocketboy 170-10 saw blade is manufactured from sK4 high-carbon steel precisely cut thanks to laser technology. The surface of the blade is chrome-plated, which protects it from rusting and damaging external influences.

The main advantage of the Silky Pocketboy 170-10 saws is the blade teeth, which, thanks to grinding in four planes and induction hardening, are extremely sharp and hard. Only the edges of the teeth are hardened, so the rest of the blade remains flexible. This is a huge advantage of Silky saws, which, thanks to their flexibility, are not prone to easy breakage like most cheaper folding saws. The cutting part of the saw is ground in the shape of an hourglass, thanks to which nhe possibility of locking the saw while cutting.
