Schrade Extreme Survival Axe with Flint - SCAXE2
Lightweight and compact survival axe made by Schrade company. Perfect for all hiking and backcountry enthusiasts.
Thanks to its small size, it can easily be carried in a car, carried in a backpack or clipped to a belt.
It combines two functions: an axe and a hammer - on the opposite side of the blade, the head is blunt-ended. As a result, in addition to chopping, it will be perfect for nailing, smashing, etc
The head is made of 3Cr13 stainless steel coated with a layer of titanium (TiN) for excellent protection against corrosion and external factors.
The handle is made of durable plastic with anti-slip and anti-vibration properties. There is an additional layer of TPR rubber at the grip area. At the top there is an opening for a lanyard.
In the grip there is a compartment in which there is a flint for starting a fire. It is pulled out by pulling the cord.
Along with the hatchet we receive a snap-fastened functional sheath made of thermo-molded composite material with attachment to a belt with a maximum width of 5 cm.
