Ruike P127-B knife
Ruike P127-B is a minimalist edc folder, equipped with a bearing tanto head made of 14C28N steel, double locking mechanism and emergency window striker.
The knife has a 91mm long blade, made of made of Swedish 14C28N stainless steel, which, due to the high purity of the alloy, is distinguished by its high hardness, corrosion resistance and, importantly for the user, long retention of working sharpness.
Ruike hardens steel by cryogenic method to optimum usable hardness 58-60 HRC. Slender head with a profile tanto and flat grind provide a smooth and aggressive cut.
The blade can be instantly unfolded with one hand thanks to the milled flipper and ball bearings, made of special high-carbon chrome-plated steel characterized by high hardness, wear resistance and high fatigue strength.
This provides a very smooth, light blade action and great user comfort. When unfolded, the blade is secured by two locks: liner-lock and an additional stopping mechanism Thumb-Up acting as a fuse for the main lock.
The knife owes its low weight (120 g) to the use of liners made of durable G10 laminate, plastic resistant to mechanical damage, abrasion, and the effects of weather conditions. The design of the knife is further strengthened by solid steel inserts.
At the end of the shank is embedded a sharp tungsten carbide shank, which acts as an emergency glass breaker or self-defense tools.
