1.4116, X50CrMoV15 - molybdenum-vanadium steel used for high-end knives, cutlery and surgical instruments. It is characterized by a rather high, for stainless steels, hardness. Resistant to corrosion in kitchen conditions. It is a recommendable alternative to 1.4034 / X46Cr13 / 4H13 material. The chemical composition was enriched with Chromium content, Molybdenum addition and Vanadium.
