REMATE - in the hunting traditions of Spain, Portugal and southern France, a knife carried by hunters hunting wild boar with dogs. REMATE literally translated means "finish / finish". The word describes all double-blade knives whose blade length exceeds 17 cm - in France, these are also knives with a bayonet-type blade.
Head - both sides sharp with profile Spear Point, thickness 4.5 mm with good mechanical properties and long sharpness retention. Made of durable stainless molybdenum-vanadium steel X50CrMoV15, tempered in the range of 57-58 HRC. Smooth blades type Plain was derived by grinding flat concave (Hollow Grind). Coating Satin Finish (semi-mat) eliminates glare. At the base of the head double-sided hilt made of polished steel protects the hand.
Handle - covered with natural deer antler (deer stag) with crown (crown) ending in a medallion with an engraved hunting motif.
Etui - natural leather color brown embossed with the manufacturer's logo. The scabbard was stitched on the edges with decorative thread. Attachment to a belt or a mount allows the knife to be carried in an upright position.
