Steel

Carbon steel - also denoted by the symbol CS (Carbon Steel) is an alloy formed from a combination of iron and carbon, which contains up to 2.1% coal. However, the content of other elements in it does not exceed the limits, which are defined by the special standard PN-EN 10020:2003. It is not a maintenance-free steel, you need to remember to wipe it after work and occasionally protect it with oil. In return, it repays the favor with long sharpness retention, incredible cutting aggression and easy sharpening.

Head

About the profile Drop Point, thickness 2.0 mm, made of hardened in the range of 57-59 HRC carbon steel. The surface of the blade is finished with a matte, non-reflective coating. Low cut scandi with a hell of a sharp cutting edge and excellent durability.

Handle
