Lansky - Sharpening System Stone - Black Hard Arkansas S0650

Arkansas S0650 is a natural sharpening stone with a gradation of 200-350 designed for for final sharpening and quick sharpening of slightly dulled cutting edges.

The stone belongs to a range of sharpeners specially designed to work perfectly with Lansky sharpening systems.

Arkansas stone, which is native to North America, has very fine grains, high hardness and density, making it a valued raw material from which knife whetstones are made. Sharpening on the Arkansas stone is slower and time-consuming, but the cutting edge is smoother and retains sharpness much longer.

The stone is mounted in a polymer case with an ergonomic shape, equipped with a brass threaded insert for the guide (not included).

The manufacturer recommends using Lansky oil when sharpening.
