Hultafors OK4 is equipped with an extra-thick 3.0 mm blade of Japanese carbon steel hardened to 58-60 HRC. This makes the knife well suited for demanding tasks such as batoning.

The handle is made of grip-enhancing Santoprene plastic, so you are assured of total control of the knife in all conditions. The blade has a scandi grind for long-lasting sharpness and ease of sharpening when needed. The back of the blade is designed for starting a fire with a flint.

To stop rust and corrosion, the blade has a protective electrophoretic coating (EPD).
