Chef 160 is a high-quality, ultra-sharp Asian-style knife head, dedicated to both amateur cooks and chefs. Asian type knives are great for cutting vegetables, portioning fish and meat' as well as for everyday use in our kitchen. The head has a flat grind and is made of high quality 12C27 stainless steel. The length of the blade is 16cm and the total length is 27cm. The width of the blade is 58mm, and its thickness is 2.5mm.
