Fenix TK16 V2.0 is a new version of the highly regarded TK16 tactical flashlight, which, after the upgrade, provides 3100 lumens beam, 380m range and more modes operated by 2 rear switches.

Construction
The flashlight tube is made of anodized aerospace aluminum A6061-T6, which contributes to its light weight and provides resistance to mechanical damage. Transverse surface mottling prevents the flashlight from slipping from the hand and gives it a modern look.
The optics are protected by a steel crown (raised head elements), which protects the glass in case of a fall or setting on an uneven surface. The functionality of this item is enhanced by 3 tungsten pins, so that the flashlight can be used for self-defense or a rescue tool, for example, to break a window in a vehicle.
The flashlight has an optimal length of 143 mm, and its weight with the 21700 5000 mAh battery is less than 200 g, Such parameters ensure the comfort and ease of carrying the flashlight. Thanks to the use of a spring clip (detachable), the flashlight can be attached and carried on the belt, by the backpack or bag, so that it is within easy reach when needed. The body has wy high protection class IP68, therefore, the flashlight is resistant to immersion in water (30 minutes at a depth of 2 m), dust and dirt, and a fall from a height of 1 m.
Powerful diode
The light source is a new generation diode LUMINUS SST70 LED, emitting a maximum light output of 3100 lumens at a distance of up to 380 m. White light reduces eye fatigue, provides more natural color rendition and better visibility of details.
The flashlight uses anti-reflective glass with high light transmission and a smooth reflector, so that a wide beam of light can effectively illuminate objects up to 380 m away. Such parameters of optics allow to illuminate distant targets, but also to work effectively in confined spaces, so Fenix TK16 V2.0 will be perfect for patrol and rescue operations.
Convenient operation of modes
Flashlight offers 5 modes of steady light: turbo, high, medium, low eco and 1 flash mode: strobe. This number of modes allows you to fine-tune the light parameters to suit the situation and lighting, and also allows you to manage the battery efficiently.
To control the flashlight, there are 2 rear switches: a tactical button responsible for activating the momentary light and turning the flashlight on/off, and a smaller function button for changing the modes of permanent white light, and turning on the strobe.
The buttons are located close to each other and easy to feel even when wearing a glove, making the flashlight comfortable and easy to operate with one hand. Such functionality makes the TK16 V2.0 flashlight simple and user-friendly, so it will be great for uniformed services operations.
Power supply
The flashlight is powered by a 21700U type cell with a capacity of as much as 5000 mAh! The use of the cell has nearly twice the capacity of a standard 18650 cell, which affects performance and extended operating time. The battery uses an innovative charging system in the form of a built-in USB-C port. This extremely practical and convenient solution allows charging the cell without the need for an additional charger. To charge, all you need is a USB-C cable (included) and a power source, such as a power bank, laptop, desktop or car USB charger.
USB rechargeable battery not only saves money (on the purchase of a charger), it provides above all the convenience and mobility of charging.
According to the manufacturer, the 21700 battery allows as much as 160 minutes in turbo mode and almost 2 days of operation in low mode. The use of two springs in the battery compartment, guarantees stable operation and prevents power failures caused by drops.
Security
The flashlight uses several safety systems m.in. reverse polarity protection, low voltage warning and "smart protection" against overheating.
The parameters shown were obtained under laboratory conditions. The battery used during testing was Fenix ARB-L21U 5000 mAh.
