The perfectly flat surface of the tiles is coated with with a monocrystalline diamond coating. Oval cut-outs in the plates collect metal debris created during the sharpening process and ensure continuous and clean contact between the sharpened edge and the diamond. Sharpener designed for dry sharpening or with a small addition of water.
