CRKT 7115 Montosa folding knife
The Montosa is a lightweight and practical EDC knife designed for CRKT by humble New Mexico cattle rancher Richard Rogers.
The blade is made of 8Cr13MoV stainless steel i subjected to the sandblasting process, which contributed to the matte finish. Thanks to the use of double-sided pin the knife can be opened easily and quickly with one hand. The well-known and proven Liner Lock protects the blade from accidental folding when the tool is in use.
The handle is made of lightweight G10 plastic and has distinctive cutouts to improve grip. At the end of the handle there is a purple hole that allows the attachment of a cable, which perfectly coordinates visually with the purple ring placed around the main pivot screw.
In order to carry the knife comfortably on the design there was a two-position retaining clip.
The CRKT Montosa model is an excellent choice for an everyday model for users looking for a functional and lightweight tool.
