Wanting to create a knife that would meet the demands of everyday chores, the manufacturer of the Liong Mah knife knew that there was an opportunity to combine contemporary simplicity with superior functionality. The Mah-Hawk™ is a compact folding knife that works for both. D2 steel blade, enhanced with Ken Onion's award-winning opening assist and Flavio Ikoma's IKBS™ ball bearing rotation system, so the blade starts instantly for smooth rotation.
Wanting to design a knife that exudes all-around excellence, Liong took inspiration from the traditional handle to allow both left and right-handed grip. And if you need an inverted edge effect to cut material in your direction, just turn the knife upside down in your hand and get to work. And when it's time to stow it away, the knife's low-profile clip allows you to switch from left to right, depending on your preference.
