Cleaver by Condor is a handcrafted heavy-duty knife for kitchen tasks. The Condor Cleaver was designed as a successor to the Condor Butcher knife, which debuted last year. Like the Butcher, the Cleaver kitchen knife is made from a single piece of solid 1075 carbon steel. Its sharp edge is excellent for all kinds of cooking and butchering work, whether you are grilling outdoors, camping or in the comfort of your own kitchen.
Its riveted walnut handle provides a secure grip and fits comfortably in the hand.
Cleaver is very durable due to the use of full-tang construction. The knife owes its excellent cutting properties to the scandi cut and carbon steel, which guarantees long maintenance of sharpness and high resistance to dulling.
