Qubit Black Aluminum, Black Stonewashed a versatile folding knife designed for easy carrying that meets all the utility requirements of a knife E.D.C. Symmetrical drop point blade in Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel. Lock Button Lock enabling push-button gravity opening of the blade and ergonomic handle with naturally extended finger guard and reversible clip. 14C28N - martensitic chromium stainless steel is the latest development in a range of knife steels produced by Swedish steel mills Sandvik. Optimized chemical composition with a unique combination provides superior quality, excellent edge performance, high hardness and corrosion resistance. By reducing the amount of carbon 0.62% (C) and increasing chromium content 14.0% (Cr), as well as the addition of nitrogen 0.11% (N) significantly increased corrosion resistance. Considered an improved version of steel 13C26. Unbeatable in the price/quality category!
Head - type Drop Point with a clearly marked belly with a scratch-masking finish Black Stonewashed. The small thickness of the wedge, combined with the high, flat grind (Flat Grind) gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ceramic ball bearings support the smooth operation of the opening mechanism of the wedge, which can be opened by gravity with a button release located on one of the handles or by means of a pin in the wedge (thumb stud). On the back of the wedge upper jimping, notched thumb rest. The whole thing is locked with a solid lock button lock. Under the lock button there is a resisting spring, which prevents accidental release of the lock.
Handle - in black. Made of polished aluminum, whose beveled cover edges eliminate sharp edges for comfort, and the fore finger groove made on the front improves grip security. Open design tzw. open-backed mounted with steel sleeves spacers reduce weight and make cleaning easier. Axis pivot is decorated with a stylized brand logo Civivi.
