Matthew Wehrwein - american knifemaker who started collecting knives in May 2017 and became involved in the knife community on social media. It was there that he began showing modified and customized knives. After about a year or two, he tried to create his first fixed blade knife. He was immediately drawn in and began the long road of learning how to make folding knives! In 2019, he founded Wehr Knives.

Damascus - stainless steel wedge damascus steel o unique design. Finished with acid etching to emphasize pattern contrast. A blade consisting of two different types of steel, forged and put together in different ways getting this amazing pattern. It is characterized by high hardness in the range of 58-60 HRC.
Head - type Reverse Tanto, finished with acid etching to bring out the unique damask patterns. The small thickness of the wedge, combined with the high, flat grinding gives excellent cutting edge geometry and extreme cutting performance. Ceramic ball bearings support the smooth operation of the opening mechanism of the wedge, which can be opened with a quick flipper flipper (index-finger flipper).
