The knife has a 76 mm long blade, made of elite CPM-S90V stainless steel, which is subjected to optimal hardening for edc knives to a hardness of 59-61 HRC.
CPM-S90V is a luxurious stainless steel with a very high content of vanadium and carbon, which make the blade stay sharp for a long time, highly resistant to abrasion and corrosion.
When choosing a hard-steel knife, get a diamond sharpener, as sharpening with a standard ceramic whetstone can be very labor-intensive and inefficient.
Head
A blade with a usable drop-point profile finished with the technique of satin-finishing (polishing). Matte blade does not reflect light and masks fine scratches well.
Thanks to the use of a sturdy shank, a flat grind and a cutting edge with a gently rounded line, the knife penetrates easily and has excellent cutting properties. The back section of the ridge has been raised and transverse cutters have been made on it, allowing the finger to rest steadily while working.
