Benchmade 4300-1 CLA is lightweight automatic knife, fitted with a blade made of stainless steel CPM 154, enlarged unfolding button and facings made of durable G40 laminate.
American tool steel
- The knife has a slim 86 mm long blade, made made of 154CM hard tool steel, hardened to a hardness of 58-61 HRC. 154CM is a high-carbon stainless steel enriched with molybdenum, so it can be described as an improved version of 440C.
- American steel 154CM is prized for its corrosion and wear resistance (high impact strength), long maintenance of working sharpness and relative ease of sharpening.
Utility head
- Blade with a usable drop point profile finished by satin (polishing) method. Matte blade is easier to clean and does not reflect light.
