The Benchmade 15085-2 has a a blade made of S30V steel with a hardness of (58-60HRC) i 86 mm long and a grubric of almost 3 mm making the model an excellent choice for an outdoor/EDC (everyday use) blade. The peg located in the blade is used for easy and fast unfolding of the knife and is designed for left and right-handed operation. Model 15085-2 is part of the HUNT series of knives.
The ergonomic handle consists of wooden facings, and elegant aluminum bolsters. The skeleton of the knife is reinforced with steel spacers. To increase safety when operating the knife, the linings are profiled accordingly. In the handle you will also find a sleeve, which is used to install and pull the cable. Comes with a steel, convertible clip for easy carrying of the knife.
The blade locking mechanism is a durable and strong "axis lock", the locking element of which is an axle that enters a notch in the blade. This lock is easy to operate by both right and left-handed people. The knife's superior mechanics allow the blade to unfold in an instant.
