Beech wood tongs - GSI RAKAU Tongs

GSI Rakau pliers is made entirely of beech wood, so they are safe for use with non-stick cookware or enamel cookware. Beech is beautiful and pleasant to use, as wood is a natural insulator that will never get cold or hot in your hands. The pliers are 30 cm long, but weigh only 50 g.

Because there are no hinges, springs or slots, rAKAU pliers are very easy to clean in the field. Simply wash with soapy water and let dry. RAKAU pliers are finished with oil from GSI. You can continue to use the tongs as is or additionally oil them with drying, food-safe oil to protect the wood from water ingress, warping and food stains.
