Immersion in clean, cold water for about 15-25 minutes allows the polycrystals inside to absorb and retain large amounts of water. It is then released very slowly at the same time in a simple but very effective way cooling the neck and its area.
The soaked sling can be stored in the refrigerator which will provide a stronger cooling effect when using it. You can also heat it in the microwave oven (in 30-second cycles) if you want it to get warming properties.
Drying time for a fully soaked wipe is up to three days. Reusable product.
