Latest release of the popular UV-5R walkie-talkie from BaoFeng company. It is a dual-band radio already known to a wide audience, distinguished by a redesigned signal antenna and an enlarged 3800 mAh battery, which can be additionally charged via an integrated USB-C port. The maximum power of this walkie-talkie is 5 W, with its usable frequency band being 144-146 MHz for RX and 430-440 MHz for TX.

During favorable weather conditions and possibly maintaining theoretical eye contact, the user is able to achieve more than a few kilometers of talk range. Besides, the radio is equipped with many useful functions. It is, for example, an LCD screen with backlight display, an extensive menu with more than 40 items, a Dual Watch function for listening to two frequencies at once, an LED flashlight and even memory for 128 channels.

Built-in FM radio receiver allows you to listen to the radio station of your choice in the frequency range from 65 to 108 MHz. When a signal from the communication band arrives, the walkie-talkie automatically switches to it. The abbreviation HTQ refers to optimized signal modulation, which helps work during interference. Power base allows you to charge the walkie-talkie as well as the battery itself.
