Care instructions

Clean the cutting board with a diluted vinegar-water solution (1/5 ratio), let it sit for a while, then rinse with hot water and dry thoroughly. To restore the shine of the wood surface, apply a thin layer of olive oil to the surface of the cutting board. Don't put a wooden cutting board in the dishwasher. Replicate grease care after every time the board gets dry and wet.
